James just got me out of a HUGE bind and is definitely worthy of some praise!

As you guys/gals know, I do a TON of F/I stuff, and every car gets a catch can before it leaves (unless it comes in with one or the client refuses, the later being very rare). I had a supplier that was getting us catch cans for a decent price, the service wasn't that great, but I was dealing with it. Well, when I went to make the last order for four catch cans we'll just say things didn't go so well...

So, with a turbo GTO, turbo 2007 Silverado, a twin turbo C5 Vette, and a SRT4 without catch cans here at the shop, I was in quite a pickle.

I spoke with Matt (Phoenix on these forums) about the catch can on his car and inquired to where he got it... turns out he got his from James.

After a very lengthy conversation detailing everything the customers wanted James actually came through actually having them in stock!

Needless to say, he saved my company's butt from having to track down another supplier and go through the headache of waiting on things. That to me is a HUGE relief!
